“The Offices Awards 2010 will celebrate what was, remarkably for some, an amazingly successful year.

The City of London office market had its biggest ever quarter for take-up from January to March 2010 after an almost equally barren first quarter to 2009. This caused a huge pent-up demand for office space, and led to some projects being let which had looked like they would remain empty for years. However, this mini-boom was a London phenomenon, with regional office markets struggling hard to lease space as well as out of town offices.

To reflect this tricky market we have introduced two new categories this year, rewarding asset management and the landlords who occupiers feel have given them the best service of all”

The Awards ceremony takes place at The Brewery in London on the evening of Tuesday 19th October where we expect some 600 key industry figures to join us in celebrating outstanding performance in the UK office sector by individuals and companies.
