ADDED VALUE AT OFFICES 09

After a lively morning which began with Gerald Ronson and Roger Bootle setting the somewhat bullish tone, which was continued in the London and regional debates, the future for property appears less gloomy than it has for some time.

The debate continued after the networking lunch with themed breakout sessions, giving delegates the chance to take part in lively discussions, followed by a keynote occupier debate.

After the final panel debate at the end of the conference, prospects for the offices market are looking positive for 2010.
