The Offices Awards recognise the most successful office developments and deals undertaken in the UK between July 2009 and June 2010.
The categories include:

- ASSET MANAGEMENT ACHIEVEMENT OF THE YEAR
- DEVELOPMENT OUTSIDE CENTRAL LONDON
- BEST DEAL OUTSIDE CENTRAL LONDON
- OVERALL DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR
- OCCUPIER OF THE YEAR
In addition, companies, teams or individuals have been nominated in the following categories:
- CITY DEAL OF THE YEAR
- CITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR
- WEST END DEAL OF THE YEAR
- WEST END DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR
Each category has been judged by a panel of highly respected commercial property experts who have identified the winning developments following a tour of the country visiting all the shortlisted projects.
